2. We also recommend that you take a high quality multivitamin or supplement without wheat, gluten, cornstarch, or "MALTODEXTRINE," and incorporate 30 minutes of Yoga, Qigong, or walking per day. We have a specific line that we recommend, and it can be obtained online.
